The ideal candidate for this role will be a proven Account Manager, ideally familiar with the Hospitality sector and it's particular nuances. You will be a friendly, dependable and professional team member with an eye for detail and a passion for creating and nurturing relationships with your accounts.

The role will be focused on maintaining relationships with your pre-existing customer base; and developing and expanding the North and East London market with both individual venues and larger groups in both the On and Off trade.

Working alongside the Sales Team; you will also focus on identifying national opportunities and additional areas of growth whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is available to our customers at all times.

This role is ideal for someone based with easy access to North or East London with a sound understanding of the local area and it's potential.

ROLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM) - NORTH + EAST LONDON
LOCATION: PIG'S EARS LONDON/SE - Nr Horsham, West Sussex.

This role will be predominantly based working remotely; but weekly travel to RH12 will be necessary so a valid driving license and access to a vehicle is required.

REPORTING TO: Managing Director (MD)
SALARY: Monthly commission based with basic salary + Quarterly Bonus. The successful candidate will inherit a well established and active customer base and a sales territory with plenty of room for growth.

SALES
Using a combination of warm and cold leads; you will be responsible for developing and expanding opportunities in North and East London with a focus on customers in both the off and on trade.
You will be required to work to, and aim to surpass, Sales and Growth targets - identifying new relationships and opportunities as well as developing existing customers.
As this role is predominantly based working remotely; you should be self-motivated and organised; with a demonstrable understanding of effective time management and a strong ability to show initiative and drive to achieve.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years BDM experience; identifying and developing cold and warm leads into proven sales.

ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT
Inheriting an existing customer base; your initial responsibilities will be focused towards establishing yourself as a main point of contact and developing a solid understanding of your individual customers needs and operational preferences.
You will be need to develop an acute understanding of our portfolio of products across a broad spectrum of independent drinks producers; and understand how and where these products fit within a wider market. A key understanding of significant players in the independent brewing and drinks industries is a plus.
Regular, and dependable, correspondence with your customer base is key to providing the levels of customer service that we pride ourselves on as a company. A natural affinity for building and developing trusted relationships is key.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years Account Management Experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
This role will involve daily interaction with our remote ERP and CRM systems, as such, the ideal candidate should have a demonstrable understanding of ERP / Stock Management systems and a high level of computer literacy; including Google Docs.

ADDITIONAL ADMIN
As part of the AM role; there will be regular meetings/contact with the MD to ensure the AM has the tools required to carry out the above role as outlined.
